Technical Account Manager
Kate Dean is a State and Local Government Technical Account Manager for Everbridge. Kate serves as a dedicated technical expert in some of the country’s highest populated states who use Everbridge for emergency notifications and other public safety communications, including the State of Florida and New York City.
Embedded Intelligence Analyst
Jennine has spent the last decade delivering intelligence analysis to clients in the public sector to include the U.S. Intelligence Community and Department of Defense, and to private sector clients in the fintech, oil and gas, pharmaceutical, and automotive industries. As an intelligence advisor, Jennine identifies potential supply chain vulnerabilities to help clients diversify their global sourcing strategy to maintain business continuity and fortify supply chain resiliency.

Lina brings five years’ experience as a security professional in the entertainment industry, and was a previous Everbridge customer and Admin of the tool. During her time at Everbridge, she has consulted hundreds of corporate clients around best practice adoption, system usage, and embedding Everbridge into internal protocols.

Sarah Batmale provides dedicated, expert support to State and Local Government. She uses her prior 10 years of emergency management and local government experience to aid customers in effective emergency messaging, while providing ongoing preparedness support.
